  • Fluid Fitness

    Water aerobics provides a low-impact workout that is both fun and effective. These workouts aim to improve all the components of fitness: muscular endurance and strength, body composition, aerobic capacity, and flexibility or joint mobility – just about anyone at any age and any fitness level can participate in water aerobics, the effort you make determines the workout you get!   • Bermuda Water Polo

    Currently, offered every Tuesday evening at the national stadium pool from 6:00-7:00pm. Feel free to join us to get your fitness up, mix up your training or to test your grit for some semi-friendly combat in bathing suits!!!

    We have a great welcoming group of all ages (male/female) with typical practices consulting of warm-up for 20 minutes (passing/shots on goal) and a team scrimmage for 40 minutes. Regulation caps, balls and floating goals combined with the state of the art national stadium pool gives you a genuine water polo experience!!!

    You can try out water polo for only $10 dollars (drop in fee), or free if you already have a standing pool membership.
