    Water aerobics provides a low-impact workout that is both fun and effective. These workouts aim to improve all the components of fitness: muscular endurance and strength, body composition, aerobic capacity, and flexibility or joint mobility – just about anyone at any age and any fitness level can participate in water aerobics, the effort you make determines the workout you get!
